On 14 November 2006 a standards seminar was conducted successfully for Finnish staff from industrial companies and from university.

The main objective was to inform these staffs about current life cycle data developments in process industry supply chain.

Key subjects presented and discussed were:

- the USPI roadmap for life cycle data storage and sharing

- the data readiness assessment programma carried out by USPI

- the ISO 15926 standard and the Maintenanca Agency for ISO15926-4

- the international alignment taking place between Europe, USA

- a range of other international standards and industry practcies
