In order to be able to run the ISOTC184/SC4 conference according the ISO rules some fees are charged. By minimising on costs fees are kept to a miminum

Facilities
The base facilities fee is set to €650 per participant, for participants who register before 8th of October 09 as a socalled "Early Bird" the fee amounts to € 560. Early booking helps the logistics planning of the event.

Social event
On Wednesday evening the group will participate in a social event. A fee of € 55 is charged to cover for the costs of catering, logistics.

Implementation Forum (industry Days)
In the context of the newly created Implementation Forum the industry is invited to join and meet the SC4 experts during the socalled "Industry Days". Since there is quite some interest for this activity there are two industry days. Day 1 starts on Wednesday after the morning break. Day 2 starts on Thursday after the morning break.

A fee is charged of €200 for participation to an industry day. If staff participate to both days the total fee amounts to €300 since that will help to build the groups. Some groups have arrangements such as Sc4 who attend the whole week and eCAT-ePPS who hold the final conference in the cointext of the Implementation Forum.

Conference Registration
You can register here for the conference. The registration form will be self explanatory. After having made your choices you will progress to the payment section where you will be able to pay via bank transfer such as IdEAL, credit card or Paypall.
Cancellation can only be done in writing and following rates apply:
- Before  8 October, 0% cancellation fee
- Between 8 Oct en 15 Oct, 25% cancellation fee
- Between 15 Oct en 1 Nov, 50% cancellation fee
- Between 1 Nov en 8 Nov, 100% cancellation fee
We ask attention for the box where non-Dutch participants authorise the organisation te reclaim VAT. The Dutch tax authorities require that VAT be charged on registration fees for all participants irrespective of their location of residence. Just adding the VAT of 19% to the egistration fee would lead to too high a fee in comparison to other ISO meetings (where the tax regime may be more favorite). The organisation therefore has decided to maintain the low level of registration fee and to try and recover the VAT which is necessarrily included, from the special branch of the Netherlands Tax Authorities for which we need approval from the participants. With this measure we hope to recover at least part of the loss we will incur due to the VAT charge.
